That was many people problem. When they getting fat and suffered by a disease. Earlier they realize that they spend times to do sport less. People with over weight think that sport is not too important. They just eat and eat much and forget about the sports. Finally, they get stress with their body condition. They try many ways to solve their problem, with medicines, bad diet program, even do dangerous operation. In foreign country, there are many people who suffering over weight disease, because they can’t manage their life pattern. In Indonesia, this case is starting expand.
Of course we don’t want to be a part of them. In fact, there just one thing they forget which is sport. When we eat much and busy with our activities, just don’t forget to do sport. Like an athlete, we’ll have a strong body. Our soul will be healthy and we’ll avoid from many dangerous disease which some of them end with dead. It was so horrible. So, we should do sport although just one hour a day, it will be very helpful.
